My Bichons are very affectionate and like to give kisses (licks). Some people do not like to be licked by a dog.

If this Bichon is being bought as a pet, it must be Spayed/Neutered. I keep the registration slip until this is done and you have mailed me a copy of the vet receipt or a statement from your vet saying this has been preformed.

All of my puppy owners agree to keep in touch with me, this means always giving a current phone number and address. I would like to receive at least one picture a year of your Bichon; I will gladly receive as many as you would like to send. This shows me how my line is progressing over the years.

If you complete this application it does not obligate you to buy a puppy. It is just for my records. I date
them as received and will contact you when a litter is born, or older Bichon is available. When I call you
and ask if you want a puppy/dog, a deposit of $100 would need to be made to hold the puppy. You may
visit the puppies when they are of the correct age for visitors and make a deposit at that time. The order
that I receive the applications and deposits is the order that people will be chosen for a puppy. If after
the application is received and the first visit is made, I determine that a Bichon would not be a good fit I
will refund the $100. Once I have received the deposit and I'm holding a puppy for you and you change your mind,
the deposit is non refundable.
